New MembersThat new member must take the Range Safety and Etiquette course as soon as possible after joining. This course consists of a short lecture at the clubhouse. A manual is provided.
The manual can be downloaded and printed and will be useful to refer to from time to time.
After the lecture there will be 5 range attendances on Saturdays to be recorded on an observation page which the member can hand in to the clubhouse office upon completion. This can be handed in before the "Work Party" has been completed as we track this separately and contact the member when we have a work party.

The member remains on probation until he is approved by the board after he has completed his observations. He may only come to the range on Saturdays until he is off probation unless he is signed in as a guest by a qualified member. As a guest, there must be one on one supervision just as with any other guest.
