Our Turkey Shoot is a fun filled, multiple venue event with opportunities for members and non-members to participate with shotguns, rifles and handguns. Our main event is a 12 gauge card shoot, 1 shot at 90 feet. The winner will have the most pellets on the card.

Using normal bullseye targets, also at 90 feet, 12 shooters each fire 1 shot at their target. Most central bullseye wins. This formula is used for centre fire handguns, slug shooting shotguns and lever action centre fire rifles.

Our most exciting event is a sporting clay bouncing bunny shoot. Shooters are required to hit 3 out of 5 ground hopping targets between 2 poles. For .22 rimfire handgun enthusiasts we have a silhouette shoot which is shot at 80 feet. Winners knock over 3 out of 5 silhouettes with 5 shots or less. Any ties are decided by shoot offs.

Prizes are frozen grade A young turkeys or boxes of rib eye steaks. The Fall Turkey Shoot will be October 19th. A Spring Turkey Shoot is under discussion with a date to be advised.
