HISTORY
This course was started in an experimental way at Sharon Gun Club
in February of 1986. Members ascertained problem areas and developed
rules and techniques by running matches at the club every Saturday
thereafter and designed the lecture and the course by analysing the
matches. The first course began at Sharon Gun Club on February 6,
1987, graduating 12 shooters.
There have been course and lecture modifications from time to time
to enhance the safety and proficiency of this sport. It is a dynamic
course, responsive to feedback from courses and from Sharon Gun Club
matches which have been run every Saturday from February, 1986.
